Contact Customer Support, DE_CustomerSupport@usa.edu if you have questions about your login ID or password or if you are not registered in the correct course.
Contact Technical Support, TechHelp@usa.edu if you have questions about your computer or are experiencing technical difficulties in your course.
Don't forget to tell us your full name and the name of your course in the email.
