I Need Help with the Course Material.

If you have a question about the academic content in your course material, please contact your course instructor. This can be done through the email feature of your course.

If the Course Menu or the course units won't display, you may not be using the correct web browser (Internet Explorer or FireFox only), or it may not be configured correctly, or you may have a popup blocker that is interfering.

If you cannot access some of the pages in your unit please contact Technical Support.

If you wish to print a page in your course unit, right-click on some of the text in that page and choose Print. Mac users would press CMD-P, that's the apple key and the p key to print. Because of copyright restrictions, complete printed course manuals are not available.

To view the video clips in your course you'll need the appropriate software installed on your computer and you'll need to be using the correct web browser (Internet Explorer or FireFox only), have it properly configured, and have all popup blockers turned off. With a 1.5Mb DSL internet connection, it can take up to 2 to 3 minutes for your video clip to start so please be patient. This delay is due to the fact that the video files are very large (compared to something on YouTube for example) and those large file sizes are required to show the video in sufficient detail for you.
