Where do I log into my course? - Go to our Distance Ed web page and click on Login. There is an alternate login address which you can save for use if our website is down and that is http://www.easehost.net/usa/4-5/.
If you don't know your user ID and Password, check your email from us for it. If you cannot find that information, you can contact Customer Support at DE_CustomerSupport@usa.edu and they can email that info to you.
If your course is not due to start yet you will not be able to log in until the day your course starts.
If you don't see the login screen where you would type in your user ID and Password then you may be using the wrong web browser (Internet Explorer or FireFox are the only supported browsers), you may have your web browser configured incorrectly, or you may have a popup blocker that's interfering.
If you get an error related to a "cookie", check your browser configuration. If the problem persists after you fix that, then you may have internet security software installed on your computer that is blocking cookies from our websites.
